Find out what position the candidate is applying for, whether they are responsible for the position, and if they are not responsible for the position, they will not see.
Resume not entered system:
1, the mailbox capacity is full, the resume did not enter the mailbox, so there is no system, need to clear the mailbox to release the capacity to receive the resume;
2. If the candidate delivers his resume through the channel website, there may be a delay of 2-3 hours for the resume to enter the system;
Logic: Resumes delivered by channel websites will enter the mailbox, and the system will periodically read resumes from the mailbox into the system;
If the candidate's resume does not arrive in the mailbox, it must not be in the system.
3. If the post is bound with screening rules, it may be automatically eliminated because it does not meet the post requirements;
4, more than the maximum number of applications, such as limiting the same candidate can only apply for 3 positions at the same time, has reached the number, re-delivery will be automatically filtered;
4, if the resume delivered by the official website will be immediately displayed in the system, if you exclude 3 and 4, you need to confirm whether there is a delivery record in the candidate's account "application record" (there is a case of candidates only adding resumes without delivery)
