Description: Resumes can be viewed, but not manipulated;
Reason analysis: Resumes are locked;
Unlocking method:
1, hover over the icon of "lock", it will show which position is locked, which process is currently in, and which colleague is responsible;
2, contact the corresponding colleagues to unlock;
Unlocking method: Put the resume in the process into the talent pool, and the locked resume will be automatically unlocked;
The reason for locking is: [no position authority] need to determine whether they are responsible for the recruitment of this position
If [yes] ask [Position leader] to add you to [Position collaborator];
If [not] can not process the position related resumes;

A:Avoid misoperation or repeated operation
In what cases do resumes get locked?
A. No position authority. That is: the candidate is not "I" responsible for the position, so "I" can only view and not operate;
B. The candidate has applied for multiple positions, among which resumes for other positions are already in the process;
C. Candidates have applied for multiple positions, among which some resumes have been marked as blacklists by HR;
D, the candidate applied for a number of university recruitment positions, and was locked in the resume of other volunteers;
E. The candidate has applied for multiple recruitment types and is locked in by other recruitment types;
F, headhunting suspected duplicate resume, avoid misoperation, need to confirm the non-duplicate resume before continuing operation;
G. Manually locked by HR.
