Problems encountered: In order to ensure that the resumes in the system are valid resumes (with contact information), HR is required to update them every day, but there are always users who forget to update them and expect the system to automatically pop-up reminders;
Solution: For individual users who need to be reminded, a rule for whether to enable the reminder of updating resume contact information can be set separately (it is enabled by default in the advanced Settings of the recruitment backend users).
Implementation effect: Users who enable this rule will have a reminder box to update their contact information in the upper right corner when they log in to the system every day;
Q: What is the frequency of pop-up reminder?
A: There are rules in the notification Settings that can be customized to remind you once every x days or once every x hours. The enterprise can be set as required;
ps, the time of the next reminder, start from the time of clicking [close] or [Go to update] and remind again x hours later. If you do not do any operation on the pop-up box, the pop-up box will be displayed all the time.
Q: There are a lot of users using the system. Only some accounts need to receive a pop-up reminder. Other accounts do not need to receive a pop-up reminder.

Method 1: On the line where you enter the website address in the browser, as shown in the following figure, select the icon of Channel Pass (set it once only). From then on, you can directly click on the icon of Channel Pass in Figure 3 to log in to your channel account and update your contact information and synchronize the job status of external websites to the recruitment system backend.
