Scene description: There is clearly a [** engineer] this position in the system, but it can not be selected when recommending/changing the position, why?
Reason analysis:
1. The status of the new position is not [under release]; ---- Common causes
2, not my responsible position; ----- Common causes
3, the new position is a virtual position not open to the public;
Solution: Switch the position status to [All positions] to select
Extended note: If HR is expected to recommend/change positions, can only choose to post positions, not allowed to choose to suspend/close positions, can also be restricted by rules.
