Scene description: The interviewer reported not receiving the email. HR hopes to know where they can see if a notification has been sent to the interviewer
Solution:
1. Check the "Communication Records". In the "Communication Records" - "Internal Communications" section, if an email to the interviewer is displayed, it means a notification has been sent. If not, it means it was not sent or the sending was unsuccessful.
2. Reschedule the interview: By clicking on [Reschedule the interview], you can check whether [Notify the Interviewer] and [Notification Method] were selected when sending the notification.
3. Historical operation record: If the interviewer is notified, the record of notifying the interviewer will be displayed in the historical operation record, as shown in the following figure
4. Task Board: If a notification is sent, clicking on the link will display the sending information. If no notification has been sent, clicking the link will directly redirect you to the resume details page.
